In FY2022, Brighter Way provided 40,652 oral health services to 5,678 low-income and under-served children. At each Parsons Center visit, children receive oral health education with their treatment and this includes receiving a Happy Smile Bag so they can practice good dental hygiene at home and not have to share a toothbrush.
The Sundt Foundation very generously made a donation in 2023 to help us purchase 3,000 Smile Bags for our young patients. Owning their own toothbrush and floss makes a meaningful impact on the life of each disadvantaged child who comes to Brighter Way for help.
